How Does an HVAC Rent-to-Own Program Work?
If your AC or furnace fails and needs to be replaced, our HVAC rent-to-own program will come to the rescue when you are unable to obtain conventional financing or can’t afford to buy a new unit outright. We can help you find an affordable HVAC unit without sacrificing quality.
You may be eligible for other financing plans with a low credit score, but those other companies can charge high interest rates and other hidden fees. Atwood Rentals HVAC saw the need for something better and designed a rent-to-own HVAC program with affordable rates and flexible terms.
No matter your credit score, Atwood Rentals HVAC has HVAC rent-to-own programs that can help provide your family with the necessary air-conditioning or heating unit. We are here to help families keep their home comfortable while protecting their finances with a reasonable rent-to-own HVAC program.
Rent-to-Own Application Process
It is fast and easy to apply for a rent-to-own HVAC system with Atwood Rentals HVAC. This is because we only require four documents for your application. We will not be sorting through a stack of information or waiting for the results of a credit check. Your application will be reviewed on a case by case basis without pulling your credit score. We have streamlined the rent-to-own HVAC application process for your convenience; it is the best application process available. Your rent-to-own HVAC unit application will generally be approved within 15 minutes.
Four Required Documents
Gather the following required documents for your rent-to-own HVAC unit application and your approval will happen quickly. Our approval process is truly fast and smooth.
Your photo ID is most likely very handy in your pocket or purse. The most common photo id is your driver’s license or state ID.
Other forms of acceptable photo ids would be:
- A US passport (current within the past two years)
- Military ID
- Current identification card issued by the US Department of Defense (DD-1173-DD-214)
- Valid, unexpired passport from a country other than the US
- Permanent Resident Card (recent, recognizable photograph)
Proof of Income
Your proof of income can come in the form of your most recent pay stub. A proof of income letter from your employer can be particularly helpful as it can contain other bits of helpful information about our background. Your Last Year’s Tax Return (1040) will give a complete picture of your last year’s income.
- Other examples of Proof of Income documents are:
- Wage and Tax Statement (W-2)
- Wage and Tax Statement for Self Employed
- Profit and Loss Statement or Ledger documentation
- Bank Statements
- Social Security Proof of Income Letter
- Pension Distribution Statement (1099-R)
- Unemployment Benefits
- Workers Compensation Letter
Current Mortgage Statement
Your current Mortgage Statement documents your balance, payment history, and other parts connected to your mortgage payments. You can request a mortgage statement from your lender.
Voided Check for ACH Payment
Remove a check from your checkbook and write the word “VOID” across the front. This insures your check cannot be cashed or deposited; it will have the necessary information needed for electronic payments. You will then be eligible for discounts with ACH payments for your rent-to-own heating and air-conditioner payments.
Obtaining a contract quote for your HVAC unit is vital for your HVAC rent-to-own home project. Your family needs the best heating and air-conditioning unit at the best possible price.
Existing Contract Quote
Do you have an existing contract quote? If you have been working with a HVAC company before contacting Atwood Rentals HVAC, you may already have a quote. Our professionals will evaluate your quote to ensure you are receiving the best deal.
Atwood Rentals HVAC Quote
Atwood Rentals HVAC will identify your HVAC rent-to-own requirements; and then search out all the possible discounts that can be applied to your heating or cooling unit. The quotes we look for are for the highest quality HAVC units that are built to last. We do not want to set you up with sub-par equipment that does not stand the test of time.
Payment Information & Terms
Based on your budget and the best possible contract quote for your HVAC system, payment information will be used to set up the best terms for your financial situation. There are four term length options to choose from:
- 36 months
- 48 months
- 60 months
- 72 months
We offer discounts for ACH monthly payments, have early payoff options and a referral rebate that can be applied to your rent-to-own HVAC unit.
A verification visit with your appropriate dealer will be arraigned to confirm your HVAC needs along with all of the necessary materials involved. Atwood Rentals HVAC will locate a dealer for you if you do not already have one. An initial down payment amount with monthly payments that will fit your budget will then be established and your rent-to-own HVAC unit will be scheduled for installation.
Install New Unit & Remove Old HVAC Unit
At Atwood Rentals HVAC, our licensed technicians will have your old HVAC unit removed and your new heating or air-conditioning unit installed without any added costs. You will not be surprised with unexpected charges with our HVAC rent-to-own program. You will have a Parts and Labor Warranty on all systems for the life of your contract. Your affordable heating and cooling needs will soon be enjoyed with a rent-to-own HVAC program from Atwood Rentals HVAC.
